Went in to eat here yesterday and basically got ignored by staff and had to go up to them to actually get them to talk to me what kinda service is that. I came to eat the buffet but to my dismay it wasn't on anymore. So I compromised and got something on the menu. Spent a very long time just waiting and trying to be patient to get my food. Ended up walking out. Not sure if it was because I wasn't Asian because some white ladies got served just fine and I'm native myself so maybe that was why. Never go here though unless it's just for the buffet. The restaurant service fking sucks honestly and was my first time ever going there. My review would be 0 stars if that was possible.

All the buffet was cold! No napkins in sight, food was chewy and greasy. The robot serving drinks was cool but otherwise a terrible experience. Overpriced for what we got!

When it comes to serving, it was so fast and the robot that brought the food you order was fantastic and amazing; it was cool because it speaks. This place is highly recommended for all the food enthusiasts who wanted to try their delicious

Service was beyond terrible, food was disgusting and greasy, no check in to see how things were at all. And the restaurant only had one customer seated inside. Two gals showed up to pick up their food order and they waited at least 10 minutes at the door then another 20 at the counter. Never again...save your money & go somewhere else! I refused to pay for terrible service as well as terrible disgusting food. A big fat 0/5 stars.

The was no shortage of bean sprouts. What is that? An entire container of bean sprouts? Oh no, that's chicken chop suey, but buried under warmish bean sprouts. I mean, I guess it was chicken chop suey. There were at least 4 pieces of chicken, at least 3 carrot chunks, don't forget some loose corn kernels. No crunchy vegetables at all, no peas, no water chestnuts, no crunch at all; except, of course, the bean sprouts were a little crunchy. This was more of a bean sprout soup, with some scatterings added in, clearly hoping no one would notice. Nice try, we caught ya!Next we have the beef mixed vegetables. There was some standard square bits of beef, I also found one broccoli stem. I was really wishing for more bean sprouts, this did not disappoint. I mean, it was there, I ate it but I was so flabbergasted by everything that I have no memory of eating the special fried rice.I don't know why the wontons tasted sweet, but they sure did, perhaps a desert version? That might explain the cold broth. *shrug*I managed to finish 75% of my plate, and my partner got through almost 50% of hers. The rest went straight in the trash, it's always great to not have to deal with leftovers.In retrospect, I would have had a better experience just taking $80 and depositing it right in the dumpster. 20/20 hindsight always wins. Best Japanese style ramen in town. First restaurant made their own ramen. doesn’t taste like frozen ramen. That is definitely a five star. And the Japanese style hot pot so tasty. Must try. Also the eel rice bowl tastes amazing. My girlfriend said everything tastes exactly like when she was in Japan. Definitely go for a dinner again if we have time.

The little robot server stood by our table telling us to take our meal from the shelf but it was empty. After 20 minutes we left. This place has sure gone down hill.

And then was the wrong order. (2 of 3 orders were correct). Each order came out one person at a time when it finally did come out - brought by a robot waiter which was kind of amusing. However it’s not a substitute for real service and that was virtually non existent. No one checked on us after meals were brought. And tables that had not been bussed when we arrived were still waiting for a clean when we left. Bathrooms were somewhat unpleasant - not particularly clean and had an aroma to them. Hopefully the renovations help the place as they’re definitely needed. We have no plans to go back.
